Groups offered Spring 2022
Quilters & More | Pat Ivaska
A sweet group of women who share the passion of quilting. Each meeting time consists of a devotional, time to give prayer requests, show and tell, and either a demonstration or workday. All women are welcome. If you have ever wanted to learn to quilt and spend time with precious, godly women, check out this group.
Side by Side (a ministry for medical wives)
"With Us in the Wilderness: A Study of Numbers" by Lauren Chandler | Emily Oliver
The Book of Numbers is a story of identity, wilderness, and God. This in-depth study of the Book of Numbers and God's people shows how even when they rebelled, God's love and promises remained. Contact Emily for more information.
The Side-by-Side group also has an evening meeting led by Jan Driessnack in her home. Contact Jan via email or at (309) 360-8016 to register for the evening study.
Twelve More Women of the Bible | Jorie Dahlin
Some of today's bestloved authors and speakers look at the spiritual lessons learned from the twelve biblical women and what they mean for women today.
Death and Resurrection of the Messiah by Ray Vander Laan | Normi Howard
This unique video series brings God's Word to life with astounding relevance. By weaving together the Bible's fascinating historical, cultural, religious, and geographical contexts, teacher and historian Ray Vander Laan reveals unique insights into the Scriptures' significance for modern believers.
Mom Collective is a community where you can come as you are, be known, supported, and encouraged, as we adventure together through the little years of motherhood. For more information about our meetings and events click here, or send us an email!
Monday Morning Prayer
We meet weekly to pray together.
All women are invited to attend a weekly time of prayer for our church, our nation, our missionaries, and our own personal requests. We begin each week with a devotional or a sharing time by a missionary. Then we divide into groups and spend time in prayer.
For more information contact Mary Jane Crowell at (309) 674-5313.
Moms in Prayer
Praying for our children
Moms In Prayer is an international group whose vision is that “every school in the world would be covered with prayer.” MIP helps moms (and grandmothers) in their local schools to pray for the children, teachers, staff, administration, and school board. They meet for one hour a week.
We at Grace Presbyterian are happy to host several groups as listed below.
