Saturday, February 10, 2024, from 6:00–8:00 p.m. in the Cotillion Ballroom at the Hotel Pere Marquette. Doors open at 5:30 p.m.

The meal will be a choice of:
Pan-seared salmon with honey lavender burre blanc, broccoli, and rice pilaf
OR
Teriyaki glazed pork tenderloin medallions with pepper pineapple relish, jasmine rice, and steamed broccoli
Tickets are $80 per couple or $40 per person. Tables of 10 may be purchased for $400 for pre-arranged seating.
The Hotel Pere Marquette is located at 501 Main Street in Peoria.
